COVID-19 Office Policies
In accordance with guidelines set forth by the state, we have some new patient protocols in place:
Patients must wear at least a cloth face covering at all times when in office. Dr. Carly and staff will be wearing masks as well. If you have a health concern regarding masks, please call us at 303-955-7234.
If you or any member of your household are sick or displaying symptoms, you will need to stay home and reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees are waived during this time.
We ask that you arrive close to scheduled time of your appointment.
To maintain social distancing we ask that adults come to appointments alone, and only one parent will be allowed per minor. Please note, we understand childcare may be an issue during this time and patients are allowed to bring their child if needed.
We will be upholding our rigorous sanitizing standards, as well as taking the following precautions in office to ensure a safe patient experience:
Maintaining social distancing between staff and patients, when not directly performing service.
Washing hands between every patient. Cleaning and disinfecting all shared equipment and tools between every patient.
Dr. Carly will conduct a symptom check for all patients at the beginning of appointments.
We will be moving to a contactless checkout and payment procedure.
Providing specific appointment times and dates for high-risk & 65+ patients.
